Stunning Teeze Me Blue Cocktail Dress!

This Size 9 (label) Teeze Me dress fits sizes 2-6. No idea how, but I'm 5'8.5" and 120lbs (size 2), and it fits perfectly. It ties and has a padded bust, so no need for a bra if you're a smaller sized lady. Worn twice. Needs a steam, but otherwise like new
