This is a gorgeous brooch! It just shines and sparkles The main colors are three different shades of blue and accented with red rhinestones. There are blue rhinestones as well. It has a center that has a mother of pearl sheen to it. The center is the face of a woman. There is a small dangle heart at the bottom Gold Tone Metal. Excellent condition Measures 3 in. from top to bottom of heart and 2 inches at its widest point.
