91chellebe @sparklyme21 hi, thank you. Yes 54” is the length of the dress. The dress itself is one piece, the scarf is the second piece of the dress. I will need to check back with the hip measurements. I believe it is about the same as the top part.

91chellebe @micas66 Hello! It is difficult to say for certain about saying what is considered “true to size”. Different manufacturers have different definitions for their size productions. With that being said, I do think this is at a pretty standard size, in that of what it is labeled. This is a very good, high quality made product.

91chellebe @micas66. This doesn’t have any stretch. Sorry I have been working. I think the hip size is the same as the bust size.
