katandchase @shaunleandra Thank you for your interest! The dress is 98% cotton & 2% spandex with a 100% polyester lining. Yes, it has some stretch! Gently tugging I can stretch it a couple inches in all directions! Hope this helps!

katandchase @shaunleandra Comfort is objective to each person so I honestly cannot say. I went online and added a Lucy Paris size chart to the listing so I hope that helps and you may want to look up Lucy Paris reviews for the dress to get a better idea. It is the Lucy Paris flounced Gingham dress. It seems to me it may be a little snug but since it has some stretch I am just not sure.
