Brand new stunning ice blue evening/formal gown/prom dress from Lord and Taylor's (Jeweled Illusion Neck Dress 182478LT). This dress is absolutely beautiful 😍. The dress is lined with a satin material; the overlay is made of a light and flowing chiffon. The sheet neckline is encrusted with rhinestones and gems. The dress is A-Lined with light pleating flowing from the empire waistline. Please refer to photos. Honestly, the pictures do not even do this dress justice!
