Stunning I.N. San Francisco Short Sleeve Dress Blouse Top!

Lovely combo blouse top - spaghetti strap, v-neck black camisole connected to sheer outer with spectacular multicolored (blue, purple, white, black and a splash of green) semi paisley type print. Lovely scalloped ruffles, lined in black, border the collar, short sleeves (which are elastic for ease of fit) and down the front neckline and chest. Absolutely stunning, I am heartbroken that I have to part with this but I just can't fit into it now. My loss, your gain!
