Stunning Formal Black Nine West Heels

Don’t let the bottom wear scare you! I purposefully scuff up my heels on the bottom to keep from slipping and sliding on slick floors. These well loved shoes are otherwise maintained and look stunning on! Tiny flaws that you really have to look for can be found but none that are visible while the shoe is on. Great find!
