Absolutely gorgeous little sparkly silver double layer mini skirt from Express. Just beautiful. Wear with amazing heels or with tights and ankle boots. There are so many ways to wear this skirt. Worn once at my bachelorette party. Size 00. I think Express runs a tad big though.
