Stunning Carmen Mark Valvo black gown with black sequins and velvet materials.

This stunning gown by Carmen Mark Valvo has black sequins that cover the chest area (front and back) and an elegant black velvet covering the rest of the dress. Slight tear near the bottom of the zipper which has photos to show it (my hand in said photos points it out). It is easily fixable. Zipper is still completely functional and works well. Bought from a consignment store- so the price listed on the tag is less than what the original dress costs. This dress is perfect for evening functions, wedding guests, formal events, and more!
