Hi. Are you sure with the measurement? I have the same dress in a size 4 and it is too small for me on top. I just measured it armpit to armpit and it measures 17" . If I stretch it, it measures 18". I checked twice. I was hoping the size 6 would be larger? Can you measure again? Thank you.
