Studio B by Bobeau green floral dress SZ XL

NWT Studio B by Bobeau Beautiful spring/summer dress! Green with pink flowers and light and dark green with white leaves. Measurements are: Bust is 21”, shoulders are 16”, elastic waist is 15” flat however comfortably stretches to 19”, bodice is 4”, sleeves are 3/4 and measure approx 12” with 6 1/2” opening. Shoulder to waist is approx 16” waist to bottom is 24” and full length is 42”. Fabric does not stretch, only elastic waist, confirm measurements.
