Studio Y Black Mid-Length Dress

100% polyester, vintage black sleeveless dress. Good condition...no holes, damage, or stains that I can see. 18" pit to pit, 30" waist, 42" length in front, "45" length in back. Ruffled edge of skirt opens up in front. Off white/cream silky ribbon adorns edges.
