Studio Mucci button-downs, NWOT (never worn), XL (but labeled size M)

I have two of these beautiful shirts -- while both were labeled a medium, the chest measurement is larger than 44" (which is closest to the XL measurement). I'm hoping to buy the same prints in a size that I can actually wear. Nooworks fans, check out these shirts by Amina Mucciolo, designer of the Mucci print.
