Studio Art Pottery Mug Stamped HG Seagulls Kissing Brown Puke Yellow Very Ugly

This is an ugly mug. I can’t remember why I purchased it. Did I feel badly for it? Did it look at me with its one open seagull eye and bewitch me? I have no idea, but here it is. This is a studio art piece. The maker left HG stamped nicely on the bottom. HG made good mugs as this is very sturdy. This is yellow and brown depicting what I believe to be 2 seagulls facing each other. Their beaks one above the other are touching. One guy has his eye closed (or he lost eye on that side). The other has his eye open. This mug is a good size, and there are no breaks or cracks or chips. The color is just terrible. Do you just dislike someone?
