Studio 1 black flower dress

Studio 1 black sleeveless dress. Both dress and lining are made of 100%polyester. Available in a size 16. The length across the bust line from arm pit to arm pit measures 20 inches. The length of dress from shoulder to hem both back and front measures 38 inches. There is a slight flaw in back of dress. About 2 or 3 inches of the lining needs to be re hemed. I don't know how to hem, hope you do.
