Stuart Weitzman rubber rain boots. Water proof. Can be folded down. Buckle detail. Made in Italy. They are a Euro size 39 but fit is on the tighter side. Never been worn, but has a tiny rips on shaft. I think it happened because they were I storage for so long. You can’t see it if you fold them at all. Super warm.
