I originally purchased these Stuart Weitzman boots from Nordstrom rack for $254. They tie at the tops. they are absolutely stunning. I just needed a 9 1/2. Is this really snug around the calf? Or does it loosen up around the ankle or calf? Looking for a boot that fits snug with no ripple effect. Stuart Weitzman boots are the only ones that fit my leg snug so want to make sure.
