Stuart Weitzman City OTK Boot 50/50 size 4.5

Stuart Weitzman City Boot in blue suede, size 4.5. I’m 5’0” and these hit me just over the knee as intended. Unworn but there is a slightly rough patch on the shaft of one of the boots (see photos). Thanks for looking!
