Strombecker Corp 2 Cups & Saucers ICE SKATING SNOWMAN Childrens Play Tea Dishes Strombecker Corp 2 Cups & 2 Saucers or maybe they are small cake plates because there is no well into which the cup fits The plates have a diameter of about 3 3/8" The little cups stand about 1 5/8" Tall and have a top surface Diameter of about 1 5/8" They're probably part of a more complete tea set but these items are the only ones I have.
