@phyllisharri650 I'm not sure. You should be able to click on the purchase & go into the chat. It is still available. Customer support put the information in the chat on what you need to do.

@phyllisharri650 when you go to the chat there should be an option to upload a picture when you choose the option to report an issue with delivery

@phyllisharri650 Let me try to contact them again for assistance. I thought they said they were handling it. I will try again. I apologize this is so difficult & that one of the plastic tubs was cracked. I thought I put enough wrapping & bubble packs inside.

@phyllisharri650 I sent them an email & also sent a message in the comment section. When I touch the camera it opens. Have you tried to snap a picture in the comment by touching the camera verses uploading a picture?
