Stripped 3/4 sleeve mini dress

Originally purchased from Nordstrom, Topshop, black and off white stripped mini dress. 3/4, cuffed sleeve. Kind of like a tee shirt dress, but more fitted and thicker cotton material. I’m 5’4” and it sits about 4 inches above my knee. Worn once.
