Striped skirt with attached harness

Black and white vertical striped round skirt with attacked body harness- two straps around the abdomen with shoulder straps. Zipper in the back with cute sparkly and pearl on zipper. One rip along seam connecting harness to skirt. Could be sewn back together but I don’t own a machine.
