Striped button up shirt with a strap on each sleeve that you can button to gather the end of the sleeve so it flares out past your wrist. This was purchased from a Korean brand so it is free size or one size fits most. The shirt itself is pretty wide so it should fit a variety of sizes and the straps that you use to gather the sleeve has two different buttons so you can make it looser or tighter to fit your wrist.
