Striped hooded tunic top with front pockets

This shirt has pockets in the front and also has a hood. I have only worn this shirt one time and it didn’t fit right on me there is no damage it is in perfect condition and would look so cute in someone else. This shirt is long. I got this off of stitch fix if you know what that is so I’m not sure how much it cost me. Because of that I am open to reasonable offers.
