Striped, fringe cardigan/shawl- Sm/med

Gorgeous striped sweater that can be worn open or closed with buttons attached. I bought this at a boutique, my apologies, I’m not sure why there are no tags on this piece, I don’t recall if I cut them off or if they did not come with them.
