Striped denim mini skirt

Striped denim mini skirt with tie belt. Marked a size 5 in junior's. Has big pockets on the front and some smaller ones on the back. Brand new with tags. I thought this one was cool because it's actually a sample they made in 2018. You can see in the tag! Blue, white and red colors. Measures 14 inches at the waist (28 inches), hips are 17.5 inches (35 inches) and it is 15 inches long. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits.
