Striped cold shoulder boutique top

BNWOT oatmeal with black stripes and lots of fun details. Knotted at the bottom, cold shoulders and a cute keyhole at the neck, too. Lightweight and drapey, lots of room. Tag says medium but It runs big, IMO. Could fit a large, I’m sure. Smoke free/hypoallergenic dog home.
