Striped cap sleeve vest

Cute little sweater vest with cap sleeves and stripes. Three little buttons with velvet now details. Might be neat to see on some cool black buttons instead... It is somewhat fitted and surprisingly not scratchy from the wool. It is nine inches long from the bottom of the V to the hem and measures 14.5 inches from side to side. The arm homel from the top of the shoulder to the pit is about 7 inches and the back is 20 inches from neck to hem line. Great condition with no flaws.
