Striped blue/green blouse

This colorful blouse is sleeveless with a round next with three soft pen tucks. The colors vary between blue, green navy, and white and is trimmed in navy piping. Polyester - 25" long. Great under jackets , complements a suit, or with a white skirt. Works all year around.
