Striped blue & white dress

This dress has navy blue, sky blue, and white stripes. It has a loosely cinched waist with a decorative tie, and is extremely comfortable! It is somewhat casual on its own, but could be dressier if paired with nice shoes and a jacket, for example. It has only been worn once so is in AMAZING CONDITION. (Last 2 photos show how it hangs nicely).
