Striped blouse with bell sleeves/fringe detail

Colors are off-white and black. The shirt is actually not solid, it's a beautiful lace looking type of pattern. I don't know wear the tag went, so I can't tell you the brand. This is so cute and hardly worn. The fringe is in good condition but detaching from the bottom thread a little bit (still very securely attached to the garment itself). Bought in a Brooklyn boutique.
