Striped Xhilaration Dress

This is a target dress that gives me 70’s vibes with its orange brown colors. It reaches up to my knees but I am 5’1. The back has a stretchy back and adjustable straps. My favorite way to pair it is with a black turtle neck shirt underneath or a Jean jacket.
