Striped Van Heusen Top

Adorable for a day out, in the office or even a night out. I love the ruffles at the end of the sleeves and the tie at the neck! Worn a couple of times. Length from shoulder to hem is 22.5”. Bust (armpit to armpit) is 21.5”.
