Striped Summer Dress

The bodice is a racerback with black and off white stripes. The skirt is a hi-low cut (high cut in the front and low cut in the back), with asymmetrical, see-through black chiffon. There is an opaque black skirt slip attached underneath. There is a black and off white striped tie in the back. There is a really small hole in the racerback.
