Striped Stretch Dress with Pockets

Never worn, perfect condition. Did I mention POCKETS!? (My mannequin is in need of TLC, hence the slightly warped appearance in photos). It's been hanging in my closet since I bought, never even tried it on. New, but never had tags, came in a bag.
