Striped Midi Dress

Unlined striped dress with thin black spaghetti straps, fitted bodice, stretch natural waist and voluminous skirt. Can be worn with or without belt. Can be dressed up or down. On 5'3" woman, hem hits at mid calf. Sad I can't fit anymore, maximum (waist stretched out) natural waist for this: 38". Care info: 35% cotton, 65% polyester.
