Striped Midi Dress

A New Day blue and white striped midi dress, featuring bell sleeves, an elastic waistband and tie, and an asymmetric hem in which the middle is longer than the sides. The dress is not very stretchy, but would also fit a size L. I’m 5’5” and the dress hits me around the knee. The tags have been taken off, but I’ve never worn this dress!
