Striped Maxi skirt

Black and white Striped maxi by Body Central. Good used condition. Does have a rip on INTERIOR at waist band, which cannot be seen when worn (see last pic) Approx measurements taken laying flat: 12” across waist x 44” long (with waist not folded) Waist band can be folded town to make length shorter.
