Striped Low-Rise Flare Pants with Scalloped Hem and Embroidery Detail

These pants are perfect for a petite girly looking for a pair of statement pants! I’m 5’1 and these pants fit me just right with no hemming whatsoever, I wore them with 3” heeled boots and they fell over the boots really nicely and hit right at the ground. They are between a mid-to-low-rise style. Only worn a few times because I outgrew them.
