Striped Frilly White and Pink Mini Dress

Size L but it's more like a medium because it's not stretchy at all. It is a very nice breathable flare dress, so great for festivals or fun in the sun in general. The exterior fabric is 40% polyester and 60% cotton. It has a 100% cotton lining. It is fully button-up in the front (this is how you will take it on and off). It has adjustable straps. It is NOT stretchy. Bust across: 17" Waist across: 15.5" Top of highest point of bust to bottom hem: 26" Straps can probably add another 8" of length. Please ask anything.
