Striped Cashmink Fringed Scarf Made in Germany V Fraas

The design creates a wonderful party streamer effect in colors of blue, green, orange, and yellow. The fabric itself is not stretchy, but there are two rows of elasticized stitching along the length which gather it and give it a little bit of stretch. It measures about 8 and 1/4 inches wide, and the length unstretched and without the fringe is approximately 70 inches. Hand-wash.
