Striped Button-Up Dress

Stylish striped button-up dress with short/cap sleeves. Dress hits right above ankle on me at 5’ 4”. There is a little makeup staining around collar and two small stains on the front below the pocket line that are shown in photos and price reflects. They’d likely come out with a stain stick and scrub but I don’t feel like washing it again. No guarantees though.
