Striking happy top w/bling!

Reposhing as I'd like this longer - may have been improperly washed as seems more like a Small. 17" bust, 18" neckline to hem. Sequin accents. Not too light, not too heavy - great with leggings, jeans, skirts. 3 season top. Colors - cream, stripes in shades of mosrly blues, sone grey/taupe. Hem/cuff detail either black or deep blue. #31
