Stretchy vintage Y2K skirt

Lightweight stretchy midi skirt from Mossimo early 2000's. Very comfortable bodycon skirt slips on (elastic waist) and features a gothic witchy handkerchief hem. Small floral pattern overall in black with contrasting super light gray. Great vintage condition. waist: 13 1/2" length: 24" to 29"
