It's never been worn. It's stretchy so it's very comfortable, I ripped the tag off by mistake when trying it on but it's brand new. It's a little bit too short for me but its really cute. 15"-16" long and ~18" across.

lgarcia1178 I measured it and its about 15 to 16 inches long and 18 inches across...and I just tried it on again and it's not even that short lol.
