Stretchy Tie Dyed Hoodie Dress Long Sleeve

Label says it’s a small but my mannequin is a large and it fits well. It’s very soft and stretchy, has open shoulders and scooped v neck neckline. It’s pre-washed so shouldn’t shrink as long as not machine dried. It’s like a loose thermal type like long underwear but not as thick or heavy. Very lightweight and can be used as a swimsuit covering in spring weather or a casual dress in any season. Like new condition. It doesn’t appear to have been worn except for the name tag is slightly faded so it’s hard to tell for sure who makes it. Looks like Party but not positive if there’s other letters I’m missing.
