Stretchy Skater Dress 💃🏻

Cute & sassy skater dress with cap sleeves from French Connection. Material is matte black that resembles a buttery, soft leather. 75% viscose/rayon, 20% polyester, 5% elastane/spandex. Label indicates size 6 but I think it fits like size 2-4. Very stretchy so the 12” waist stretches comfortably another 2-3”. Very good pre-loved condition.
