taylor_cambria @mns50711 Hi, I've added a second photo just now showing the back. Chest measurement on the medium is 32". 16" armpit to armpit. 🙂

taylor_cambria @mns50711 For a 38C I would probably recommend a size large then. The bust is 32", and from armpit to armpit 16". Hope that helps.

taylor_cambria @mns50711 Sorry for the confusion, I thought you were asking for the medium measurements again. The large is 34" in the chest. Waist is 38". These tanks are stretchy and meant to fit tight or close to the body, but its really your preference. 🙂
