Never been worn black shorts. These shorts have tons of stretch and are made out of 76% Rayon, 20% Nylon, and 4% Spandex. While they are a bit wrinkly from a weird fold, these are in perfect condition and have 9 inch inseam. Size on tag is listed as Medium. I would say these fit closer to an 8/10. I am a Size 14 with large hips and these do not go over my hips. They can be pulled up to about mid-thigh on me.
