Stretchy Black Stripe Button Tunic Dress

Black, stretchy, striped, 3/4 sleeve dress/tunic from Forever 21. Bust up is black ribbing, and there is a 3-button accent on the left shoulder that makes the dress very cute! Size medium, but would be more like a dress (instead of a tunic) on a size small or at least a shorter size medium. I am a tall size medium and it falls about 3-4 inches below my bottom. Only worn once or twice. All offers encouraged!!
